On a Ford 3500 Industrial tractor, does anybody know why the three point will not come up when

What do you mean by 'cold' outside? When it's 15 below, it takes about 15 minutes before our 960 starts operating. But like one of my chainsaw manuals states,"use x weight oil, unless operating in extreme cold (below 32 F) then use y oil." Who has time to use a chainsaw when it's above freezing????? What a joke.

Do you have 134 hyd. oil in it? Clean or install new filter. Somebody can answer this question over on the Ford board better than me.
