I got a 2000lb load handler for xmas and have not been able to use it because of the bad weather.Does anyone know if it works as good as they claim it does? I am hoping to use it to unload compost I
am able to get by the truck load and also use it
for ag-lime and some gravel use.

Thanks.

I've been using mine with a Toyota Tacoma for about 3 years now. I haul bark mulch and seaweed to build compost. The only real problem with the Load Handler is that with a regular P/U body you must cut the slip sheet to fit between the wheelwells. This means that some product will be left in the body after unloading. I have never carried a full load of gravel or sand. I think if you stay under 2000 pounds you will be okay. Remember, when hauling wet material you should hose down the sheet and let it dry before rolling it up for storage. This is not a product I would want to try and make a living hauling stuff with, but for the occasional load it is a vast improvement over shoveling.

I purchased the small load handler that first came out, but am looking for a heavier duty one. Does anyone have a number to a company I can order from? Thank you for responding.
