Don't worry about the caps - it's not a big deal to most of us. Some of us are a little hard of seeing and the caps are easier to read. . . When they forced computers on us at work a few years ago it took two of us hillbillies to type - one to watch the keyboard and one to watch the screen. (The screenwatcher, or oiler as we called him, would yell when the keyboard man (operator) bumped the caps key) I've typed a whole paragraph before only to discover that it was all caps except for the small letters at the beginning of each sentence. There's an old saying - you can't teach an old dog new tricks - and in my case, when it's dumb old dog. . . . Good luck with your search for magneto parts.

Thanks Jim K. The link on source of mag parts was a direct hit...Bill Lopoulos in Tyngsboro,MA. Besides being an electrical engineer he has mag service, parts and stuff for both present and antique tractors and gas engines. If he doesn't have it in stock likely he can find or make it. Appreciate you pointing me to this source.

Try Mark"s Magneto Service, 395 South Burnham Hwy., Lisbon CT 06351 860-887-1094. They do a good job and have a lot of parts.

Try a search on eBay under Wico, there is usually a variety of parts available there, also alot of the people that sell parts for the old john deere tractors handle Wico parts. Try www.oldjd4u.com or Magnetoparts.com
