Emglo Compressor Question

I'm going to take a look at an Emglo compressor, about 4 gallon twin stack. According to the owner, it's approx 15 years old, but was rebuilt five years ago and has seen limited use since. Owner is contractor and bought a newer compressor. So I'm guessing it was used hard up until the rebuild. Owner says that it works well but is noisy. I don't know much about Emglo as far as reliability, so how good are they for a compressor?

I'm looking to use it for running nailers, etc., and filling tires. Any input would be appreciated.
