Craftsman Power Washer problems

I have a little 1500 psi craftsman 3.5hp power washer and the pump is leaking water so bad that I don't have any pressure. Its my fault since I bet leaving it out in the shed, froze the pump and busted something. New pumps are over $200 and if that is the only option - I'd be better off buying a bigger unit. Is there a place I can have it repaired for a small cost? Thank you.

I have to agree with Tony`s post. I have had 3 Craftsman power washers and had bad luck with all of them. The first one i was washing my truck one day and the pump locked up on it. The second one the unloader valve on the pump flew off of it and the third one had a Techcumsi engine <--- not sure how to spell that and by the time i got it started i was too tired to use it. I believe my next one will probably have a Honda engine and be at least 3000psi.

Hate to tell you, but the biggest problem you have is that you have a craftsman, my grandpa lives about 45 min. away from here, and almost everytime he comes up he has to bring his crapsman pressure blaster cause somethings wrong with it, better off to spend the extra buck and get something that'll work

Grainger Company will have the exact pump . . . Teel is the brand name, and too, Grainger will have the pump under another name, their private label.

You will have to take the pump with you to size the hole placement, and shaft clearance.

Good luck.
