I AM ROUGHING IN THE ELECTRICAL IN MY BUNK HOUSE AT THE BARN AND I HAVE A 2 TON CENTRAL H/A UNIT I AM PLANNING ON INSTALLING, ELECTRIC HEAT, WHAT SIZE BREAKER WILL THE HEAT UNIT REQUIRE AND ALSO THE OUSTIDE CONDENSOR UNIT.

The indoor unit can vary greatly depending on the size heater that is installed. To be absolutely sure, you need to know the kW of the heat and the fan HP (which will be small).

The outdoor unit depends on the manufacturer, efficiency rating, compressor type, etc. The manufacturer needs to supply that data. If you already have the unit, the nameplate should list the breaker size under the category "MOCP" or something similar.
