I want to get an air compressor, but I don't want one of those "oil-free" deals, I want one that is lubricated. I am not concerned about the tank size, I just want it to be on wheels and also plug right into the regular wall socket (110?). Any info on what company sells these and how to contact/find them asap is appreciated!!

Oil free compressors are also good if you want to spray paint. Oil/water separators don't always get all the contaminants out, and some oil will invariably end up in your paint job causing fisheyes.

I usually go to Sears, or Loew's. I have an "oil free" machine but will be changing to an pressure sump-oil unit. Reason: NOISE LEVELS ARE VERY HIGH. I am going to purchase a large machine which should be able to pump out 12CFM at 90 PSI. This in conjunction with the old unit I will be acquiring shortly should be able to pump out all the air I need and then some.

I have a 5 hp, oil-free, DeVillbis air compressor with a 25 gallon tank, that has been fired up DAILY for the past 3 years. It has been trouble free and mess-free. I wasn't too hot on the idea of an oil-free one either, but price wise, I got this one. I don't regret it either.

Zillions of companies sell oil-lubed compressors in your range. Walk into Home Depot or other store like that. They'll have a good selection. Most are 220V, but there are less powerful ones that are 120V.

Good luck.

You might want to figure out the capacity (CFM and pressure) you need before you buy one. A 115V/15A unit might be OK for hobby use but I wouldn't want to be trying to sandblast with one!
