If jjh is correct at 3597 #/yd then it is also 133 lbs/ft3. 30 in diam X 9 ft is 44.2 ft3 and it weighs 5878 lbs. If the density is instead 150 lbs / ft3 then it weighs 6630 lbs.

First you have to figure out how much it weighs per Pound.

I figure that it is about 6000 lbs. = - concrete weighs about 150 pounds per cubic foot.

The formula I have for 4000 psi is 3597lbs/yard. That would make it 2.94 tons.

No way to know the exact weight of concrete when we only know the strength but for purposes of estimation I always use 2 tons to the cubic yard for cured concrete. The calc here is 3.14 x the radius squared x length. Of course all your measurments must be of one unit.
Radius of 30" is 15"
15x15=225
225x3.14=706.6
706.5/144 (sq inches to square feet)=4.90625 4.90625x9(cubic ft in cylinder)=44.15625
44.15625/27 (to get cubic yards)= 1.63541
1.63541X 2 tons per yard= 3.27 tons plus the tube.

Same as Bob, different way to calc it.

I figure 6,565# using concrete density similar to what they use on countertops. This would be .086#/ cubic inch.

The area is 76,340 cubic inches on the tube.
