We have a Bissell Pro-Heat carpet cleaner. The pump locked up. I replaced the pump assembly, but I can't get it to either suck water or deliver carpet cleaner. The pump shaft is turning. What to do?

Could it possibly be air locked? Maybe you will have to prime it, just a suggestion.

I have a Bissell pro heat it wast used very little. I took it apart quite a job the first time. The problem was the heater. If your take
the plastic hose off and try blowing thru it might be your problem. I opened mine up with a
sized drill and it works
