OT: Chevy Silverado Headlights

Posted a message about a week ago concerning low beams won't go on. Got a lot of good feedback. THANKS!!!

Anyway, going ahead to replace the turn siganl/wiper switch on the steering column. Got to the point where the unit is disconnected from the column.

Question is how do you disconnect the wiring harness??? I can see where it is plugged into but cannot for the life of me see if there are any holding tabs that need to be removed or what.

I'm afraid to just PULL.

Please advise.

If you have the replacement switch,it'll be obvious by examining.Do you have the replacement?

No. I wanted to take the old part to the NAPA dealer and get the replacement.

Not to belabor this but when I look at the connectors up under the dash I can't see what I could grab hold of to pull them out of the junction box. Also, as I said before, many of these type of connectors have clips or tabs that secure them so they don't shake loose. I'm just having the a very hard time contorting myself to see how they connect. I'll stop whining now (LOL).

Maybe will just get the new part first and take it from there!!!
