I live near Waterloo and to my knowledge, the only thing left here is the headquarters/office. There is an assembly plant in Mo. and some others down around Al. There are probably other assembly plants, also.

Our local dealer had one on display and it does have manufacturing indentification on or in the drawers. This particular one was a Waterloo Industries brand.

Ask the dealer if you can see the shipping carton. It may have the factory name there.

Not sure about this particular box, but I believe Waterloo built most of the JD boxes.
