I Bought A Wheel Balancer

For those who responded to my wheel bubble balancer threads of late...Last night I bought one from a fellow who runs a tire shop about 15 miles from here. It is a MICRO Precision, M-60. I was also able to get the ring needed for balancing truck tires.

Can you post a picture of the truck ring? Does it have part number or identification ? I didn't know there was such a thing. I'm still looking for an instruction manual.

I still don't know how to post pictures, although I've tried. I've had my M-60 for about 15 years and it seems to balance OK, but I'm guessing at the procedure. It was made in Pasadena, Ca. by Bada. I'll try the Coats website and see if they have a manual for the M-60 and one for my Coats 10-10 tire changer.

Ask your seller if he has the pliers to remove and install the weights. They're very handy.

Those ususally have an oil dampening reservoir under the bubble attachment and they tend to leak it out during transport; make sure to check it by unscrewing the bubble assembly. Any motor oil will do.
