I have a 10 gal blaster from Rural King using sand to clean Cub. It seems to plug often maybe at lower valve is there a trick to adjusting this or wrong sand. It is dry sand. Thanks.

I've been using a garnet abrasive from tsc with good results.

What kind of sand are you using? Regular sand blasting sand will plug mine, too.

I started using silica sand as it's finer. Costs about a buck a bag more, but it saves a lot of headaches.

Did you pre-screen the sand? there's quite a bit of grain size variation in your average bag of sand. I use a baker's sifter.

A water trap on your air line is a must. Moist air will defintely cause it to plug up.
