I've got a nice '68 camaro I bought 30 years ago. After buying it I simply transferred the title, did a bit of body work on it and parked it in a dry storage shed. Hopefully I'll get to working on it one of these years!

One of the things I'd like to do to it is install hide-away headlights. It just has the basic headlight system now.

What company do you recommend I buy reproduction parts from?

And for a totally different vehicle....What is a good source for parts and accessories for an '88 Chevy pickup? I also have one of these and would like to change the existing external mirrors to something more original. Other things too, possibly.

I have not checked with GM for parts for either vehicle.

Thank you,
Glenn F.

HELLO GLENN.
Before you buy parts for that 68 you should know that 67 or 69 parts don't interchange with a 68.
Some may be interchangeble I would make sure first.
Guido.

I agree with other posts that Year One and LMC are great parts suppliers. You'll like the selection. Let us have a look at that Camaro as you work on it. I had a chance to buy a '69 Z-28 when I was a teenager. Shoulda done that...

year one .com, you need the headlite system that came on the rs option, you can praticly buy the whole car from them, im fact if you had a '69 you could do just that, all new
