I dont know nothing about a 99 1 ton Dodge, and I dont know where you are,but heres a place that sell lots of bearings in Sedalia,Mo. Its IBT,410 North State Fair Bulevard,Sedalia,Mo.Phone 800-289-4280.Ive bought bearings that you couldnt get at any car parts store there.Thats about all they sell is bearings. Its worth a try, they are gonna need a number off of your bearing.

There are as couple good Dodge Truck sites - Google.
I was able to cross reference my 2000 2wd Ram front wheel bearings to Dakota.
$20. at Auto Zone.

You can get them for 4 wheel drives but not two wheel drives. I have one and that is how I found out. I got mine from the Dodge dealer in Dumas, Texas for $350 each I believe. I think if you start calling around you will find that the carry out price varies depending on what dealer you talk to.

I'm assuming you've got the HD ABS hubs? You can buy those complete assemblies for $255 each at Rock Auto, or $355 each at PartsAmerica.

If it were mine, I take them apart myself, get the numbers off the bearings, and replace them for $20 a side. Most shops won't since they come as assemblys due to the ABS.

Heavy duty front - entire assembly with housing:

With ABS left side $355 Advance or $255 at Rock Auto part # 515068 With ABS right side $355 Advance or $255 at Rock Auto part # 515069 National

Been there done that! Mine is a 95 and I think the dealer wanted close to $500 for mine a while back. I finally got them from http://rockauto.com/
for a little over $200 a piece as I recall. Tim
