Anybody know of a place where I can buy some starter / generator parts. like brushes, brush springs, bushings ect. I have a few farmall(Delco)& case (prestolite) starters I need parts for, Looking for a place that sells parts, I can do my own repairs most of the time, All of the starter & gen. shops in my area are gone, only have Napa & advance auto now. any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave F.

Look around these at support, trouble shooting and dealer locators.

I have worked on starters, generators, and alternators for over thirty years.
I have a lot of parts and can get others.

Your NAPA store will be able to get them. If they tell you no then just ask to look in their echlin electrical book and give them the part numbers they need. They can get you an extra book and then you can look through it yourself but you will find all the bushings, springs, and connectors that you will ever need. the hard part is finding a competant counter person to help you. If the store is far away just get the book that way you can call and order the parts and save the trip to town.
