I mixed up my fiberglass body filler but didn't put in quite enough hardner. I applied it to a fairly large area. After two days it's firm but not hard enough to sand. What do I do now? Your suggestions are appreciated. Thanks; Tugboat

Hi Tugboat,
After you scrape out the mess as rod described, a rag with lacquer thinner, enamel reducer or acetone, will remove the remaining goo. Good luck...Al English

Thanks guys but I had my wife drag the hood out to the yard for a couple of days in the North Carolina sun and now I think it is ready to sand. I can't scrape it off with my fingernail. I'll let you know after I finish assembling my new John Deere Windmill! Thanks! Tugboat
