My old shop stereo died last summer. I just got an old Pioneer Stereo Receiver model SX-450 from a buddy of mine today. Anyone know how many watts/channel this thing is? I'd say it's late 70's vintage.

Thanks,
Glenn F.

Thank you for your replies. I'll be hooking it up soon. It's been a little quiet out there!

I own a Pioneer SX-440 that I bought back in the early '70s. I believe I still have the manual. Problem is I'm in the middle of changing over computers and ISP service since my kids gave my wife and I a satellite system for Christmas. If you'll stay in touch for a week or so, I believe I can supply you with a copy of the manual. If you'd care to have it? You can still get in touch with my at my old ISP address for the next few weeks.

By the way. Pioneer made a heck of a lot of radios for Ford from late 80s up. Darn good radios.
