Can anyone give me some basic info on how I might fill my tractor tires myself rather than paying a tire company to come to my shop? I seem to remember years ago that there were adapters sold to go on the valve stems etc. I could use some basic explaining. Thanks a lot.

Here I go again, LOL. Drop me an e-mail and I can send you a page from a 1935 JD-B owners manual that will explain 3 or 4 ways to fill your tires, one you can even set up and go to bed and it will do it in your sleep.

Minor Point here,though it's been said before,If using "antifreeze" please use RV grade or new nontoxic blends,ethylene glycol and the like are deadly poisonous to animals and the environment if spilled or tire ruptures.Besides the weight per volume gain,this is one of the prime reasons,(besides cost)that calcium chloride(salt water)is and has been the standard for decades.It may kill the grass,but is considered environmentally friendly....Off the soapbox now.

Why tell me?? I always tell people to use windshield wiper fluid in there tires. Cost less then antifreeze and is safe for the ground and animals both
