I'm kind of in a lull now where I can't think of any more tools I need, except for a new rubber sanding block that I'm going to pick up tomorrow. I'm holding off on a new cordless until my new batteries die; there will be more and more LI battery units coming on the market in 2008. DeWalt is going to release new LI models next month; I'm sure others will follow.

Wasn't planning to this year but somehow a radial arm saw followed me home from an auction a couple of weeks ago. Merry Christmas all. Mike

I'm gonna try a LED Maglite.

I like my big D-Cell Maglites, but I've never been able to keep batteries in my AA. Every stinkin' time I go to use it, it puts out less light than the reflection from my forehead. Hopefully, the LED version will be a little easier on baddrys...

My 7 yr old son got me a big set of Craftsman screwdrivers for my birthday middle of last month. For Christmas he got me a PVC pipecutter and something else that I can't remember right now, I guess I'll be surprised Christmas morning.

Nothing for myself. Youngest daughter and her hubby are in the market for a house, so I'm buying SIL the basics, hammer, screwdrivers, plierses, tape measure, studfinder, outlet tester. When they actually get the house, I'll get them some more as a housewarming, but this'll get 'em going, get pictures hung, measure for curtains, etc.

In return, I told my daughter that I can't live without one of those 3/8 rotating ratchets. Looked pretty cool in the store, we'll see how it holds up.

I plan on buying a pocket protector. Not just any pocket protector, a special pocket protector that fits in your back right pants pocket. Might keep that pesky wallet from opening up. :)

Looking at some goodies for my reloading bench and maybe a new cordless tool set with the new LI batteries.

Bought myself a very late model, very low houred 5203 JD. Will likely feed round bales with it til spring, wash it up & sell it. Then I'll hay all summer with my 1970's regulars.
