What are the values of a champion blower co. number 4 post drill and a vulkan anvil. THE post drill is complete and in good condition. The anvil has chipped edges and needs to be resurfaced.

Bob, In eBay, the auction site, the post drills have been bringing up to $150 or so depending upon condition and size. I just bought an excellent one at an antique store for $35.00. Anvils usually bring a dollar a pound on auction, and will bring a bit more if they are over 120 lbs or so. The edges being chipped off definitely lowers the price. It's a lot of work to reface one. Also any anvil under 75lbs, useless for blacksmithing, bounces too much, won't be nearly as valuable. Shipping is prohibitive on these things, but I'd list them separately on eBay, or your favorite auction site and see what happens, and things don't sell without a photo. On eBay, go to Collectibles, Tools, then blacksmithing tools. John in Nebr.
