A few weeks ago I posted concern over kerosene not being available. I tried running the new diesel thru it, no luck, would flame out about every 5 minutes. Did find kerosene at Farm King, but 19.99 plus tax is just a little rich for a 2.34 (2 1/3) gallon jug. Went to the airport and bought some Jet A. It went up to just over 4.00 a gallon, but still less than half what the kerosene is now. Has a different odor, but I will get used to it, but I think it runs hotter and it doesn't seem to be burning as much A as it did on kerosene. I know the plate the flame blows onto is now soot free, even on kerosene it would soot up and occassionally flame out. Not one hiccup on jet A. Just thought would let everyone know it seems to work well, in case anyone was wondering how it did work. Thanks for the advice earlier. DOUG

Jet A should work fine but for diesel and others read the manual and fine tune adjust it with a low air pressure guage to keep it burning clean. Gage goes in plug hole and then adjust to correct pressure like it says in manual. Fuel screen & burner jet need to be clean and pump kept in shape too. Dirt entering foam input will wear pump out too.

Link Saw them yesterday at Indy Farm Show. Burn regular diesel and I could not detect ANY odor at all. 99+% efficient radiant heat. I was very impressed.
