No power output, faint arc, have checked everthing that would be obvious. Does anyone know the procedure for troubleshooting. My manual doesn't help much. thanks

I was having some trouble with mine a few years ago. Took it apart cleaned it comp. air. Their is a printed circuit board in their remove [carefully] gets brittle over time, I found a broken contact on back was able to solder it. The only thing that don't work is the 110 acc. plug in. Welds perty good, but still reach for the big 40 first. And your are right about their manuals not much help at all. Good luck on yours.

You might check your idle speed for the 110 acc. If they are just a little to fast the 110 acc will not work. I found this out when I replaced my throttle control.

Thanks gary. Yeah I checked the pc board and the low idle. No luck yet. New pc board may be in order.
