Saw a Skil 10.5 volt LI drill/driver on sale at Lowes with a hex drive instead of regular drill chuck. I can't seen buying a whole set of hex drill bits, etc., to use that drive.

Does anyone have the hex drive?

I have one and a full set up to capacity of the Driver of Hex Drill Bits,Several size Hex Driver for Hex head screws, mostly self tapping,Slot, Square and Phillips Screw Drive bits, and a Set of Sockets to 1/2" with hex Adapter. The only Problem I have had until I learned is the Driver has alot of Power and if not careful will snap a Drill bit if to much force is used on it. The Drill unit is a 14 volt B&D and the Misc. Drills etc are an assortment I have collected over time. Do not know if it all could be bought as a Kit or not.

I have a little craftsman that's like that. I think it's referred to more as a "cordless screwdriver" rather than a drill.....handy little bugger!

Bought one at Menards a few months ago. A very handy small drill. Very usefull on small jobs whare one changes from drilling to setting screws etc. I do have a hex drive chuck that can be used for different bitts. Have seen hex sets at Target for &10.00

Are you sure that's a drill and not just an impact driver?

I have it on my DeWalt cordless impact. Don't use that much for drilling, for obvious reasons, but it's rapidly becoming my "drill" of choice for putting in deck screws, lag screws, etc. Adapters for everything but drills are inexepensive and readily available.
