This one is powered by a 2 cylinder onan engine, and has lo medium and high range, and has 5 or 6 holes per range, to make anywhere from I believe 35 amps to 200 amps. I was really wanting to know if it was worth the 100 dollars I paid for it before I bought it, but since I won it on e bay, I guess it is too late for that. I did however find out that it is manufactured by Miller, and seems as if most parts are still obtainable, which is a plus in my book, as I figured it was probably just some off brand at first. This would also be a good time to say I don't expect much from it, and I don't expect to use it much either. If I did, I could justify 2-4,000 on a new unit, but since it will just be used on a small acreage farm, at my job on a slight occasion, and when we run derby cars at the fair one time a year, if I invest say 500 total, and it works just "ok" I'll be perfectly fine knowing I am ahead (not that I will notice it works any better or worse than something else, as I am not a very good welder... normally looks like crap, but hey, Function, not Fashion, right?? ) Brad
