I finally found something at tractor supply not made in china!! Bought 3 midwest brand aviation snips,straight,left,and right cut for 10$ each. Great quality and made in USA!!

Did you get the ones that the handles are above your work when you cut ? I used these on my pole barn sheet metal and they worked great !

Midwests are good snips and thats about 1/2 factory price,even for baseline models.You done good! Was that marked price,or sale/special?

I think they were marked down but they still had several sets of them. With all the china junk out there today its good to find something made in USA at an affordable price.

Ok was just curious as nearest TSC is about 80mi one way.I was just cussing my old wore out snips a couple days ago and thinking replacement...Looks like a phone call may be in order...possibly followed by a roadtrip :)
