i have an older DB AG utility trailer that has a large center rim hole that I need to match so I can have a spare just in case Murphy gets into the act.

It is a five bolt pattern but can't seem to find anything that will work and DB wheels can't be found -- i guess thet are out of business nowadays ?

Just thought perhaps someone knows what I don't ?

thanks for now.. JIM

I know where there is a wagon gear that has only 3 wheels on it. Friend has it. It has been missing the 4th wheel for 20 plus years. He hates to part with things but I can ask. Seems to me it was a david bradly. I got 2 rims/tires for late 50's / early 60's Ford 15 in, 5 hole, I have no foreseeable use for them. Get back to me. George S.

If only you weren't so far away.... If it's truely a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern, that's the common and standard size now a days. We've got a coulpe 16" 5 on 5 1/2" rims around the farm, and I even have 2 older 16" Ford 5 on 5 1/2" rims that we don't use on anything. I think neither one has a tire on either. I know 1 for sure doesn't.

Otherwise M.E. Miller Tire sells rims, and they have several different diameter patterns for 5 bolt rims.

Old '60's Jeep wheels had the Ford PU hole pattern but a larger center hole. Trace the pattern on a cardboard disc and hit the junkyards. Worked for me.

On DB running gears I always use Ford 5 hole pickup wheels, seems the originals are always rusted out, hope this helps Mike

Mike: do you happen to remember the vintage/year of the ford PU rims that I need?

I'm not Mike, but I may be able to answer you question. The rims Mike is refering to came off of '74 thru early '80's Ford f150, bronco, and e150 vans. These rims however are 15" NOT 16". The bolt pattern is referred to as a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt circle. DO NOT! let someone tell you that the ford car, such as a LTD, is the same wheel... it isn't! As someone else said, trace onto a piece of card board and go searching. They should be about $5.00 each.
