It's for a flag that flew over my nephews air base when he was stationed in Iraq. He's a helicopter pilot. He gave it to me for Xmas last year. I would like to give it back to his son when he gets older..

Maark, what is the display case for? Is it for just a flag or for memoralbilia also? They are selling a couple of fairly nice cases at the BX right now. Also know of a guy that is making them for people that are retiring. He's about the same price as most places you would buy one from, and lower in cost then some. If interested let me know and I'll ask Ski to send me some pictures to post for you to look at.

The one they gave me when I retired from the Air Force is a in a triangle shape and measures 12" at base, made of 1"x3" oak.

Also if you have a Hobby Lobby near by they have them in there that you can get a measurement from.

I dont know if thsi will come out,, but I found ths a year or so ago online googled flas disply case I think,, I will try to sent the address, whether it comes thru or not thas a diffrent story,,,
