I would think a needle scaler would work, plus they have a lot of other uses after you buy it.

Muriatic acid will clean it off. Get a gallon at the hardware store for about $5.00.

I have a barrel of acid that we use on the mixer trucks. That will clean it up.

Hi Dan,

If you're talking about getting it back into good shape like you might do before you put it away for the winter, or just because it's gotten away from you, you can clean hard concrete off a steel surface pretty quickly with a wire wheel on an angle grinder. Knotted wire wheels work best.

Safety reminder: blah, blah, blah, blah, your eyes, your ears, blah, blah, blah, breathing dust, blah, blah.

All the best, Stan

Shovel a couple of "yards" of gravel with it!
