are there any brunner compressor manuals available anywhere or is everything by word of mouth?

tested out my brunner compressor got it up to about 100psi on a 30-40 gallon tank, but it takes forever to build to the PSI. Is this common with the LO REV brunner compressors?

gages on compressor read up to 300psi, is it possible it could go anywhere near that high psi.

still do not know if the cut off works, is there a way of adjusting something of a low cut off point to see if it works or do you just putting it in a safe place turn it on on and see?

Hi pbonna,

Compressors are just like engines, squirt some oil on the piston and if pressure builds more than without oil, then it needs rebuilt.

Most compressors are 125 PSI. Some two stage go to 175 PSI. If you want higher than that you need a special type of compressor. There is no need for more than 125 PSI and even that can wreck some air tools. The more pressure the more dangerous it is. Dave

You'd be a LOT safer going by the rating stamp on the tank then by the max pressure reading on the gauge when trying to determine maximum safe operating pressure!!!
