This won't help clean it, but may prevent some of it in the future. Clip a clothes pin on the end of your drip edge. The water draining off will be directed farther away from the side of the RV.

We had an RV and used a product called Renu 2000. It's great. Black streaks gone with no effort.

You spray it on like any other cleaner and wipe it around and right off. After you're done you can go back and wipe off the slight haze (nothing like car wax) for a great shine. It protects fiberglass and metal siding. I used to go over my 27' Class C, twice a year. It always looked good and never took me more than a morning to do the whole thing.

Have you tried Simple Green ? availible at TSC and maybe Wal Mart I just used some on my vinyl house siding and it worked really good. Didn't bother the color either.

I would stop by a marine shop and see if they can get you some boat cleaner, I think it has some kind of acetone in it, that is what we use to clean the algae and stuff from the bottoms of both aluminum and fiberglass boats, some of it is real bad and it takes it right off no scrubbing at all, I would think it would work for your camper also, jjust have a hose by so you can spray it off pretty quick, the last boat I used it on it sat on one spat too long and it stareted to eat the pain away, didnt hurt the aliminum, though. good luck on your quest!!
