I have a storage bin that is 8 feet square and 5 foot high, does anyone have a formula to figure how many bushel it will hold??

Ohio Case, you take cubic feet x .8 to get the bushels. In this case it would be 8x8x5=320x.8= 256. This would be grain such as corn, wheat, etc. Lighter grains would be different. Hope this helps. Mike

A bushel is a measure of volume. A bushel of air is the same size as a bushel of gold, just not the same price. An excerpt from Encyclop�dia Britannica Online.
