Has any one had any luck with NEBO flashlights, I bought one the other day at the local hardware store , when you push the button the first time it has 5 green LEDS that come on, when you push it the second time it has 10 white LEDS that come on with the green ones and then you push it the third time all of the LEDS shut off but then you get a red laser pointer and boy is that ever a long range pointer and finally the fourth push of the button shuts the whole thing off. I did not think it was a bad deal for $19.95. THe battries are supposed to last for like 110,000 hours, but now the real question, when I go in to the Nebo website, I cant find the model that I bought, all they have is the CSI version, and all of the LEDS on them are white, with the red laser pointer. And the one I bought has a compass on the end, versus the CSI dont. Now did this get out before the website could get upgraded or what. all in all it is a pretty cool little light. IT only measures about5 inches long, made out of aluminum.

The LEDS last 110000 hours, not the batteries.

Any idea where this stuff is made? I looked at the catalog but there isn't any information about country of origin.

I kind of like the looks of the hands free flashlight that clips over your ear. I have a set of the Ultra sockets and they are slick.

I have a few of the simpler ones with the white leds
then red laser. The batteries do last a long time. The white light is broad not beamed. I haven't found a good use for the laser but it is fun and goes a LONG way. It's great for driving cats nuts chasing it around. I can't figure out what you would use the green for.
