Could really not find a good forum to ask this question. I'm looking for a place on the internet that list different DIY handy devices for free. I have found a few place but they all want money for any handy devices. If my memory service me right I was on one the other day but did not safe it in my favorite place. Thanks for any information that can be provided.

Another option may be Successful Farming's "All Around The Farm" tips / hints books. I've never seen the Pro Farmer ideas, but it sounds very similar to SF.

SF publishes one page of tips every month, then puts together a small magazine-style booklet every few years. They're seen on ebay from time to time.

Hi SHORTORDER,

Do you mean the plans for the handy DIY devices are free online, or that the devices themselves are free?

All the best, Stan

Stan I'm setting here trying to figure out how to answer your question. Here is my atempt. I do not know if you read Progressive Farmers Magzine, but they have a section call Handy Devices. That is what I'm after. No I do not want the material or what ever free. I just want the information on how to build things that can be time saving or make something easier to do ect. For some reason I feel this explantion is as clear as mud but I gave it a try. I wil agree the first request was not that clear either.

I understand what you are saying. There HAS GOT to be a place in where people have contributed ideas.

The only thing I can think of is the "farm show magazine" which basically is 30 bucks a year and gives you all kinds of ideas. Not neccessarily around the shop, but in the fields too.

I simply don't know where else you could find stuff like that. Interesting to find out.
