I bought a nice older Hobart gas drive welder/generator model G-3010 300 amp with the Chrysler slant 6 engine. I would like to get an instruction and service manual for this unit. Anyone have a manual or know where to find one? Thanks

I know nothing about the Hobart welder but the Chrysler slant 6.....now that is a true legend of an engine. You did well my friend.

I never was perticularly fond of Chrysler products, but years ago I developed a great respect for the old slant 6 engine. Those old girls are bullet proof. Especially the industrial versions.

Have yout tried their website?

They have newer stuff available for viewing "on-line", and, IIRC, there's a link somewhere on the site to contact them for older stuff NOT on the site.

Thanks, I haven't had time this morning to look around much. Hoping somebody has a ready answer.
