Like was said below call RED-D-ARC. They are the largest welder rental outfit in North America. They were sold to a new owner a few years ago and used to have a big branch here. I referred a couple of people there to buy a welder. They will load test any used equipment they sell. They also have their own line of welders. The generators are made by Lincoln. You can buy new or used machines, cable etc. They were started in Canada by a pressure welder in the 60's I believe. They originally started off as a Lincoln distributor. I remember looking at used portables in the early 80's. They asked me what year I wanted as they had a list of thousands to choose from. Dave

Been looking for a decent used but not abused Miller Bobcat 225. Seems like any I've looked at, decent care was not a priority, But they still want almost new price for them. Doesn't anyone take care of their stuff?

Go to Airgas's web page.Look for Red D Ark. Many used welders listed. They may have what your looking for that would be close to you.

I believe that also there may be some things like that in the Lancaster farming paper.... if you don't get this paper, it is a MUST have for any farmer doing business.
