It's an interesting thought, but I'd suspect you would want to have it analyzed to see what's in it, which will vary from every job it's taken from. Even without having an analysis of the typical material created, you may be on to something here. When thinking about compaction of sub-base materials used under roads and paved areas, there is a need for percentages of certain seive size aggregates from large to small, like the fine dust, there is stone dust in NYS DOT approved sub-base, you'd have to look at the sieve analysis of this material. ASTM is the reference standard for these kinds of materials. With large quantities you may find an informal market somewhere in the material recycling industry, beyond that, the material would be subject to ASTM criteria to be considered for practical use beyond informal kinds of uses like was mentioned, Lyme or mixing with other recycled materials that would benefit from fines like this concrete dust. If a recycled material produced from crushing concrete and similar materials does not have enough fines, it won't compact well, a must have in the mix to be a well compacting material, and that would be a good place to market it. If there is consistent large quantities, you should definitely explore the possibilities, it's a byproduct and anytime you can market a byproduct in a business such as what you describe it should be a good thing.
