We are looking for machine which can cut COTTON STEMS. Please advise what type and make harvester can be use for this task.

fire works wonders after they dry out just make a couple of passes around the field with a disk first .

A "stalk cutter" works better than a bush hog. The only diference being, the stalk cutter has two blades on each side that are stacked. They seem to do much better on tough stalks, like cotton.

Around here they usually bush hog them.
