Anyone have experience with "Annovi Reverberi" pumps? These are what the John Deere dealers pressure washers are using. I've also seen Cat pumps, Comet, and General brands in the plunger type pumps, but realy like the JDs. Thanks, Jim

A-R are pretty good and well priced for domestic/light commercial use.
Cat pumps are brilliant, but a bit more pricey,
Comet are grim!! Spares backup is not good enough.
General aren't common over here in the UK.
Interpump aren't too bad, but not as good as A-R.
Cheers, JV.

I've been running Cat pumps at a carwash for over 20 years. ....In my opinion, they outlive their competition, and are a tough act to follow.

For my own pressure washer, I went out of my way to buy one that had a CAT pump!

Whatever you decide on, freeze prevention, and clean oil are a must!

I have one that is rated @4.0gpm.@3000psi and it will be twelve years old the end of July. After every use I run a small amount of RV antifreeze through the pump year round and never had any problems with freezing or stuck valves. I change the oil in the pump every two years and use CAT pump oil also. HTH

I have a Generac pressure washer which came with a General pump that gave me nothing but problems. Local repair shop replaced it with an A-R pump 3 years ago which has worked flawlessly so far. Homeowner usage, not professional.
