This is a bit OT but we do consider this thing a tool on the farm . Buddy bought a new Rhino 660 two seater with the dump bed to use around the place and it works real good . The only problem is sweaky brakes . He took it in for it`s first warranty checkup and the dealer told him it`s the nature of the beast , that they all do it . Is this bad dealer support or is he telling the truth . If true is there a differant type pad or something that can be done ? We have a Polaris Range 6x6 that is the same way but never thought about it much till we got a new machine . When something is new ya expect it to act that way .

Don't know about the Rhino specifically but an old trick on the Polaris machines is to round or bevel the leading and trailing edges of the pad slightly. Takes a lot of the squeak out of them.

Atrs and crafts supply store carry 1/8" pencil leads, get some in #1 or #2. Then drill a 1/8 hole through the lining materiel (not through the steel part) and insert enough pencil lead to fill the hole. Then run a bead of silicone RTV over the steel side of the pad. This plus the beveling trick will cure most noisey brakes.

I have one and yes the brakes do squeak. Mine got to where when you applied the brakes, it would make a chattering noise. Ended up replacing the pads and it took care of the chattering and sqeaking.
