I have a coleman powemate pressure washer that runs great, but does not build any pressure. I took the pump all apart and found a couple of worn out o-rings, but I replaced them and it still does not build pressure. Also, I can not find anyone that sells parts for these things. I really need help!!

I have a unit that I need to get parts for. Do either of you have any sources? I need to contact Coleman and see what they can do. I remember looking at a parts list available from Coleman in the user manual but I can't locate my manual. It is stuffed in a box somewhere.

Do either of you have your user manual?

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kelly...

I located information from>Link

I>Link then called them at 1-800-445-1805 and the lady faxed me a complete diagrahm with parts list for the pump as a separate unit and the sprayer unit as a whole. They have most parts for this unit but some are obsolete. You can order parts from the same 800 number. You can also locate colemanpowermate service centers in your area by searching on your zip code.

Thanks and good luck.

Kelly...

I think that's what mine is, but I'll have to look again. It has an adjustable dial for pressure. Also the nozzle on the end can be pushed in or out. One way is pressure and the other way is a little better than the water hose. Do you have any water coming out the nozzle?

Before I took it all apart, water came out, but it was very weak, weaker than a garden hose. Now, it doesn't come out at all.

Not sure what's going on. Connect garden hose and disconnect the high pressure hose. If you have water then, the high pressure hose is stopped up. If you still don't have water, then you need to take the pump apart and recheck.

Dirt dobbers stopped up mine one time.

Is the nozzle on? Without the restriction, it won't build pressure.

Yes, the nozzle is on. I am pretty sure it has to do with the o-rings, but I may be wrong.
