There are sleeve pullers and there are sleeve pullers. I'm in an unfortunate position to have such an item, a set and would lend it to you or any member here but would like it back in undamaged condition.The freight is a burden for the entire set probably weighs 140 lbs. It's not something I use often but most handy when needed.So then what? Ive considered donating it to the YT group where they could deal with shipping and monitoring its returned condition but what do they get for the hassle?
Certainly you can get a lathe and learn to run it or practice welding skills now. I'm fairly sure you just want the sleeves out now so you can proceed with this project. I'll check them and you check your diam for what is relevent and maybe maybe something comes. You must indicate the OD of the sleeve and the ID.These parts are forged stepped washers type things and sometimes the flare on one extends beyond what you need so you need go a step smaller instead of grinding off somebody else's tool. So we all understand this.

here is the sleave puller that I made. I used 3/4 althread and founf a shaft that was close to the size of the outside diameter of the sleave, cut a 1 inch doughnut from it. then I used a piece of tef-plate to make another doughnut same size as the inside diameter of sleave(You can use plywood for this item). drilled 3/4 hole in center of both disk. Then I welded a 3/4 nut to the bottom of the steel disk... the rest you can see from pictures how i made the rest of puller.. HTH

If you are brave enough to tear down an engine you can probably build your own sleeve puller. I would just do a Google search on it. Have seen some homemade ones online and they look pretty simple.
