SLEEVE,O RING HOUSING BROKEN

I HAVE PULL A SLEEVE OUT TO FIND THE O RING HOUSING BROKEN OFF, ON THE INNER SIDE OFF THE BLOCK. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

I think Tom has a good idea with the JB. After you get the repair made, use silicon sealer on the O ring to help fill in small gaps. If I remember right this is a Case? You would not want to do this in a cooling system that runs with a pressure cap, but should be OK for an old tractor with a zero pressure system.

I am not surefrom your description just what and how bad it is. Probably fix it with JB weld after cleaning and grinding away all rust. Apply JB weld then file carefully and keep trying fit until it fits.
