My wife is going to sell her 1998 Ford Explorer XLT with 135,000 miles V-8 automatic 4X4.
Nice looking Burgandy color with regular oil changes along with tranny-transfer and pumpkin oil changes.
No rips or tears clean interior non-smoker.
We are looking for a fair price for us and the buyer.
Looking for price advice from you forum members.
Thankyou

Should be worth $4500 - $5000.

You can research the value, depending where you live, use NADA.com for midwest and kbb.com for east and west coast.

My MIL just gave away a 1998 explorer (loaded) 30,000miles to my Sister-in-law. I was going to give my mother in law $5,000 for the truck, (it was my father in law's and he died 6 months ago.) My wife didnt want me to make the offer to her mother. I would say your truck is worth $4000, but check on the Kbb.com website to see for real.
