Good for a few jobs - cuts some materials only with difficulty. Runs fast enough that you can get in trouble real fast if you're not careful - then it will ruin your material. All in all, a limited use tool.

Very good investment after learning how to use it correctly. Be sure to get the blade cutting attatchment, I leave one set up each way so I do not have to change the attatchments. They are very inexpensive, I tried the cheap ones then bought Roto zip name brand.

Good for some uses but you really have to hang on as they want to make left hand turns due to the rotation of the cutter. When used with the circle cutter they are good for ceiling holes for fans and lights but you really have to make sure they don't skip out of the center pivot. As others have said they make a good die grinder and don't need an air supply like real die grinders.

I am not a fan. Its good for doing drywall and cutting small details in sheet goods but thats about it. Done even waste your time cutting tile. Id defiantely just get the cheepie version as its basicaly justa di grinder.

I got an imatation one at HF for about $20 and love it. does all the zip stuff great, plenty of power and also it will chick up a 1/4 cutting wheel shank, makes a wonderful small cutter for tight areas.

I have used the little beast a lot and it keeps on runnin.

love my ... does great job, on tile cutting , wood ,plastic most anything you put in front.. does great on drywall use a lot of blade.. be sure have all the diffent type of blade on hand ...

Brother-in-law has one they are handy for a lot of cutting. Had to cut a hole in some tin for the ceiling about 4" round with the circle jig it went quick. I will borrow it when doing my addition.
