Bleach or go to the pool store and get some Bacquacil. It is industrial strength (keyword: strength!) hydrogen peroxide. But be careful with it, it will instantly bleach your skin snowy white (and burn while it's doing it). It is far more effective at keeping a pool clean, by the way, than chlorine.

We washed our house last year and tried several things, including Krud Kutter, TSP, etc., found the best combination was bleach and Wal Mart car wash. A quart of bleach and a cup of car wash to 2-1/2 or 3 gallons water worked best.

Apply with a long-handled trucker brush and rinse with a garden hose. We used a highlift which enabled us to do the whole job quickly and safely. It came out great and smells clean as well.

use TSP , wash from the bottom up and rinse from the top down.

Out some bleach in a garden sprayer, and wet it down. let it set a few minutes, but not long enough to dry. follow with a pressure washer. loaded with some Krud Kutter (house siding cleaner) if you can find it.

A good pressure washer with hot water and some soap. Will blast that crap right off.

If you are going to use a pressure washer, use some caution, as using too much pressure on the underside of the siding will force water up and behind the siding,which can cause a mold problem down the line. You want to use low pressure for rinsing and spray from above so you are not forcing water under the siding. To avoid streaks when it dries, start from the bottom and work up, always keeping the cleaned area wet with the rinse water.

I don't know about outside, but I killed off some wicked stuff inside the walls of this house I'm renovating by spraying the studs and the stone with regular 3% Hydrogen Peroxide run through my paint sprayer.

Two, one-litre applications over two days and I could work in the room without a vapour mask.

It really cleaned up the stone under a leaky chimney, as well.

On the Net I learned that Javex will mask the smell of mould, but peroxide will kill it.

i used diluted simple green ,applied it with garden sprayer. then sprayed from a distance with pressure washer.lucas
