HOW DO I WIRE A FURNACE TO TURN THE BLOWER FAN ON TO CIRCULATE THE HEAT FROM A CORN BURNER THAT I JUST INSTALLED,WITHOUT THE FURNACE RUNNING? FURNACE IS 10 YEARS OLD. NO A/C.

Add a second thermostat to control the furnace blower when you are heating with the corn stove, you just need to supply 24 volts to the G terminal in most cases.

Our outdoor woodburner has the this setup. One thermostat for the normal a/c and propane furnace, a second one for the woodburner that turns on the pump wood burner to pump in the hot water and turn on the furnace blower to distribute the heat thruout the house.

Year ago I took a round switch off burn chamber on gas dryer. The switch contains a bi-matelic convex or concave thin metal disc about size of a nickle. When it heats up fan will come on, cools shuts off.

If you look inide the furnace where the thermostat wires hook up do you see one marked R and one marked W, now look for one marked G, if you have a G lead hook it to R and fan relay should pull in if it has one

You would have to have a Schematic ( or least a Make & Model number). Some furnace use a Fan/Limit control, while the newer ones of a Integrated Furnace Control Board. Without knowledge of what you have, it would be impossible.

For furnaces without air conditioning, the fan control switch is mounted on the plenum and often will have pull-out button that is the manual fan switch. This same unit may also be the high-limit switch which shuts down the burner if the plenum temperature gets too high.

And for those without that knob, the switch can be swapped out easily and relatively cheaply.

We set up two thermostats - one for the propane furnance and one for the outdoor woodburner. Each thermostat can call for the blower motor to run.

You need to find the power source for the fan motor. Once you determined what is supply the power you should be able to bypass it and put an in-line switch in it's place. Without a schematic that's the best I can do for you.

Look at the thermostat. They usually have a fan switch that allows only the fan to run. You have to manually switch it on and off.
