Hi All,

I've cleaned out all old browser info, cleaned my HD, deleted my cookies (ahh that hurt :) and all temp files and yet ytmag takes 1 to 2 minutes to load pages or post messages and is it ever boring!

Question is how many others are having problems? Or is just me?

Any solution Kim? T_Bone

No problems today. Had some a while back, but they were in the ISP, because it affected every site.

I am on with a 33.6 modem right now and things are going fine. I do not have problems from home with my 56k modem.

Hey T_Bone, look outside! You have some unseasonably cool weather right now. Your computer's just temporarily confused. And did I miss some news about California? I know they don't have any power, but did it really fall off and give you some oceanfront for your sailboat? Six months... and you didn't invite us to come along. Don't forget to come back. Or log on from Tahiti. I think the internet's there.

Hi T_Bone, Although I live in the sticks we are lucky to have pretty good cable internet service. Lately I've read a number of complaints/comments about this site being slow. All I've noticed is an occasional few seconds of delay compared to the instant loading and posting of a few months ago. However, Kim recently said the present server is about maxed out and that another will be brought on line soon. Through my connection this site is only slightly slower, so I'm thinking the delays people are experiencing must have another cause...Al English

I don't have any problems, but I set my machine to automaticly run maint. wizard weekly. This optimizes my HD for faster operating, and I have a 28.8 modem. I have discovered that holding the mouse button longer, vs a quick click, eliminated the long/error posts for me too.
