Homemade boom pole for 3 pt hitch or fork lift.

I thought I might share with you guys my latest project that I have been working on. You can see a few more pics at my web page photo album under equipment. The boom pole was made with just about any sized tractor in mind. The steel pallet can be hooked to the boom pole so that you can use it with a fork truck. The pallet requires to pins and a top link. We have a 4230 John Deere with a loader and forks. With the boom pole on the loader you can easily set barn trusses on a 12 foot high barn. While mounted to the loader we have had 1000lbs on the very end of the pole and it acted like it could handle much more. Thanks for looking.
