Dodge diesel fuel pump recalls?

Has anyone heard of a recall on fuel pumps for 2003 Dodge Cummins powered trucks? From what I'm hearing and reading is in 2003 Dodge/ Cummins mounted the fuel pump on the driver side of the block by the fuel filter, being air cooled and having to pull the fuel instead of being cooled by the fuel in the tank and pushing the fuel up to the engine. The reason I'm asking is mine went out couple weeks back and guess what... Dodge stopped making the block mounted pump 6 mo. ago and I'm waiting for the new tank mounted pump and kit to arrive. I keep looking for a recall or something to save me a little cash, but so far I haven't had any luck in my search.

About an 'on the money' 50,000-70,000 mile replacement part for me. So far I'm on number 3. If you find a recall or lawsuit let me know, I want in on it.

I haven't had any luck finding a recall on the pump yet. I'm hoping by the end of the week to have called a few other dealerships to see how many of these pumps they have replaced, I'm pretty sure it's not just a county wide deal.

The last pump i bought ,I ordered right from a cummins parts dealer(cheaper)

Put a FASS pump on it and do away with it. Probably cheaper and more reliable. Go to piers diesel research and check the prices. You probably will only need a 95 gph pump not a system.
